# Base URL

## What is a base url

The base URL is the address used for all API calls. You can contact our team to obtain your unique base URL. Typically, we provide three types of base URLs:

1. For developers
2. For simulation testing with fatoora portal
3. For production with fatoora portal.

**Note:** In this documentation, we will use `{{base_url}}` as a placeholder.
